What Is Your Personal Strength?

All of us have pluses and minuses. All of us have strengths and weaknesses. For some of us, our job may be our weakness, for some others it may be our friendship. For few others, it is their children or partner. In this manner we all have a weakness for which we will try utmost. Similarly we have strengths. Let us focus on strengths.
Quiz your strengths - You strength may be in any area. You may be a very good analyst. You can analyze every situation clearly and find the causes, and effects. Or you may be very good at looking at the Macro picture of any problem. You can look at the problem as a whole and think about it. Your strength may be a very good mathematical brain. Your strength may be great understanding of arts. Your strength may be in predicting the future trends. What are your strengths? I had given few illustrative examples to tell you about what I meant. Please think about your strengths. Let me tell you how that can help you succeed quickly in life.

Most of us never ask that person, why he/she does not leave the job and work as a professional painter? This is one example. Many of us are employed in jobs that are not our strengths at all. We make our strengths as our hobby. Why not change it totally and make the hobby as a moneymaking profession?
