Steaks which Lower the Risk of Heart Disease

By:Jason Uvios

Eat to live and live to eat are very much complimentary to each other. However, many a times, it is found that food choice deteriorates the health and when it happens, we are in a dreadful state. It is ironical that we want to eat those foods with the strict "No" tags on the advice of our physicians.

But there can be a way out also. What about the Tuna Steaks? Have you eaten the tuna steaks? They are inarguably delicious and healthy. If you eat just two servings of fish per week, it will help lower your risk for heart disease.

There you are. You have your choice of food, i.e. tuna steaks that can be prepared in several ways and you would surely love to have this dish if not for the sake of health, but for the sake of tastes at least, because you could reduce the risk of heart disease unknowingly.
A simple guideline is here to prepare the tuna steaks that your family must enjoy.

Ingredients Required:
1. 2 tuna steaks
2. Two large egg noodles packs
3. 4 chopped onions
4. 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, peanut oil or vegetable oil
5. 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of soy sauce
6. 6 teaspoons of sesame seeds or sunflower seeds

To prepare a delicious, glazy and thick sauce mix 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 8 tablespoons of dry sherry, 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 teaspoons of honey with 5 tablespoons of water. This sauce is to be sprinkled on the tuna when it would be served.

Put the mixture on a frying pan and boil the ingredients over a searing heat until the sauce thickens. After that just keep it in another bowl. Give some oil in the same pan and give the egg noodles in it when the oil gets warmed; fry the noodles after adding the chopped onions and 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of soy sauce for 5 minutes. Now, remove these fried noodles too from the pan.

Again put a little oil and roll your tuna steaks with the sesame seeds or sunflower seeds and sear them over a high heat. Fry them until they get a brown color.
Afterwards, cut the tuna steaks into the serving sizes and place them over the fried noodles which are kept on plate. Shower the sauce that you have made over that served steaks. Decorate the tuna steaks with the lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.

So, you are done bringing a hearty smile on the face of your beloved who wants an immediate change in his/ her diet.
