The Most Common Natural Breast Enlargement Questions Answered
By:Karin Manning
Are natural breast enlargement products effective? Not all of them. Although there are forums where women show proof of the effectiveness of their chosen product, a majority of breast enlargement products are ineffective.
Are natural breast enhancement products safe?
Manufacturers and retailers say so. Other women can also vouch for the pills' safety. However, it is better to take them with caution because they may produce undesired results on other women.
How long before one sees the results of taking breast enlargement pills?
It depends on the person. Some women's bodies are more receptive to the pills that results are seen in a matter of weeks. Others, however, are slow to react so it may take more time before visible results appear.
How does massaging the breast work in increasing the bust size?
While there is no scientific proof to back this up, it is said that massaging the breasts pushes fatty tissues to that area which increases the bust size.
Are there any other benefits of massaging the breasts other than increasing their size?
It is said that massaging them helps in giving them a better shape. Again, this is not based on any scientific study.
Does massaging the breasts help increase the bust size?
A lot of women swear by this technique. However, there are no scientific studies to prove this claim.
Does exercise increase a woman's bust size?
No it does not. However, exercising the pectoral muscles (the chest muscles) help define the muscles in that area and enhance the way the breasts look. Some of exercises that can do this are bench presses, elevated push ups and pectoral presses.
Breast enlargement pills are just one of the alternative methods of enlarging the breasts. Most formulas of pills contain herbs that are meant to aid in breast tissue growth, expansion and development. Breast enlargement pills work in the identical way that a woman's body does during puberty.
Many women today have been very successful at enlarging their bust simply by using herbal supplements. Although they do not work for everyone, here are a few things to look out for when choosing a pill or supplement for this purpose.
Most of these products contain between 5 and 13 or more herbal supplements. If you have not had a new supplement before, it would be wise to consult your physician before trying them. There are some medical conditions you should not have before you begin any of these products. Some of these herbs may interact with some prescription medications. There should be caution among women who have endometriosis, fibrocystic breasts, are at risk of breast cancer, have gallbladder disease, women who are pregnant or nursing and women who are taking hormone replacement therapy or oral contraceptives.
Another alternative method of enhancing the breasts is by the means of breast enlargement creams. These creams are best used in correlation with breast enlargement pills.
Hypnosis is another alternative method of enlarging the breasts. According to hypnotists, there have been scientific studies showing that there is a direct link between the mind and the body.
Finally, the last alternative is by using a breast pump to enlarge the breasts. With repeated use, the pump is supposed to cause cells in the breast to engorge and enlarge.
