All About Yoga - Basic Setting Postures and Their Benefits

We are discussing here all about yoga and specifically the basic setting positions and their benefits to our physical and mental health. Though there are lots of lessons about yoga with position photo, it is better to discuss here some of its basic so that you will know on what is so good about yoga.
One of the positions that you need to do in yoga is the correct placement of foot. You can have this done by bending the right leg at your knee and then place your foot in order that the heel will be on the right groin and the front of the foot reaches high. Turn your foot in order that its bottom faces upward and then press your knee back to Forman obtuse angle. This position may be difficult especially for the first timer but what is so good about yoga is that you can have a lot of benefits- physically and mentally.
Another position all about yoga is the correct, perfect posture. Having your knee and foot positioned correctly, now you need to stretch your leg while keeping it firmly on the mat and then you have to manage the heel firmly and make your toes up and then inhale and bend forward above the straight leg; catching the foot with your two hands as possible. When it is done correctly, your body will roll forward over the extended leg and then stay there normally breathing as long can do. Do it again on the other side. This may be difficult for you- for first timer- but what is so good about yoga is its tremendous benefits.
Another position that we discuss is the sitting, the forward-bending pose over one leg. This posture all about yoga is generally follows the previous ones and this is done by sitting, having your legs stretched in front and bend your right leg in order that your right foot will be near the right hip. Your toes must point back and the right calf presses against your right thigh. Because the body will turn by this position, you have to put some towel- folded-under the left buttock to maintain your hips level and extends forward stretch.
As a continuation above, you must have your left foot held with your hands and then inhale and bend forward while maintaining both knees as you are stretching forward over your straight leg.
Several students will find this position difficult even to take their foot held with the outreached leg. You do not need to be hopeless when you encounter the same because in time, you can get used to it. What is so good about yoga is that, it brings a lot of mental and physical health and that is the most essential when we talk all about yoga.
Remember to avoid wrong posture particularly when your heel is not positioned against your thigh. Another is, when your knee has not been pushed back as far as you can because this can bring back in humped, curved brought by being jammed of the pelvis- see other articles about yoga related to this.
