To gain those heights of concentration, simple act of memorizing songs, poetry or dance steps can prove to be easy way. Reading books, daily exercise, participating in discussions can help you to keep the brain cells active throughout the life. Playing games like chess, puzzles and computer games can also help in improving the level of concentrations. Try to keep your brain active by being engaged in various indoor and outdoor activities.
