Wailea Beach Villas Review - Maui Vacation Rental Info

By:Gabe Gayhart

Some discover the Wailea Beach Villas (WBV) through LuxuryLink. The directory for affluent travelers who want to find the most suitable and comforting luxury locations in the world. I discovered the WBV through a friend who owns a condo in Hawaii. Staying at the Maui Escape, a brand new, luxuriously furnished unit in prestigious WBV. Granted what makes the Villas is ultra luxury touch. Being right on Wailea Beach glassy see through waters makes it close to impossible to find yourself lost in thought of the mainland problems. This residential resort, as I was told by locals in Maui, is the best on the island. Nothing does compare, when combining luxury and paradise, in Wailea. Dare I proclaim that this luxury residential resort, located in the heart of Wailea, Maui is the finest in luxury destination resorts?

Located at 3800 Wilea Alanui. The luxurious beach villas on Wailea Beach, are footsteps from The Shops of Wailea . The resort offers discerning travelers the privacy and comfort of spacious floor plans. All accommodations include the comforts of centralized air conditioning , and ceiling fans in every room. Room service - Upon request, staff delivers breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week. A chef is on call for hire. These luxury vacation condos in Maui are the culmination of many years of planning, design and development experience in Hawaii. The villa resort is a planned paradise situated in the very heart of Maui's sunny southwestern coast .

The Wailea Beach Villas feature spectacular views of the West Maui mountains and the islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe and the Molokini Crater. The Maui Escape, is a for rent by owner villa within the resort. The Maui Escape provides year around accommodations and exhibits the paradise of the resort on their website. It is a two bedroom, two bath condo, with custom bathrooms, custom kitchen with a view of Lanai.

An example, of a larger unit would be The Golden Mandarin, a three bedroom, three and a half bath luxurious upscale residence with creative and opulent East Asian decor. The visitors staying in the "Golden Mandarin" claimed The unit was "spectacular" - 3bedroom/3bath 2nd floor penthouse with gorgeous ocean views. The unit was really spacious and appointed with high-end everything from the granite kitchen with TWO sub-zero refrigerators, bathrooms with glass shower enclosures, sophisticated yet comfortable furnishings, 2 plasma & 2 flat screen TVs.

Even with the two bedroom accommodations of the Maui Escape, it was still very spacious. At least, 2200 square footage of well designed space, which can sleep at least six people.

Luxury does come at a cost but depending on the size of your party it's not too bad. Compared to it's neighbor the Grand Wailea, it pencils out to the same amount of money spent. If you have to book three rooms, then the pricing for one unit is close. Adding to that, Wailea Beach Villas has a full kitchen.

Other common gripes are if your property is tucked near the back, it's a farther walk to the beach. I have heard common feedback from retired over 65 folk that have complained about the trek. Also, if you smoke, this is a non smoking resort. If you do smoke you will want to strategically locate yourself near the parking lot.

Overall, WBV represents the newest and most luxurious oceanfront, residential-resort vacation experience in Maui. Wailea Grand Champions Villas, Makena Surf and Wailea Beach Villas (opened in May 2006). WBV are far and above the most comfortable and most talked about resort of the three. To say you'll be living in the lap of luxury is an understatement, if you are looking for luxury and comfort in Maui - there is no other residential resort paradise like the WBV, it was designed to be the best and for the affluent traveler's pleasure.

About Wailea:

This Hawaii paradise is considered a premiere Maui honeymoon location, and perfect family or romantic getaway. The town is bursting with aloha radiant energy and the best Maui activities are surrounding the geography.

Our Pauper loves to save money using an airfare consolidator. These consolidators contract with airlines to get tickets at cheaper rates than the general public. Because they buy large blocks of tickets the airlines love them. Though you can get really good deals by knowing how to use consolidators, remember they are not structured for great service.
