There are plenty of people who do not have adequate natural vitamin sources in their diet and hence suffer from a lack of one or more vitamins. Evidently, it is feasible to purchase vitamin supplements to help get over any deficiencies but for the bulk of people it should be possible for them to get the majority of their suggested daily allowance of vitamins from natural vitamin sources.
