Why always depend on medicines to get rid of some physical ailments? Overweight is no doubt a vital problem but you can do away with it in the natural way itself. Only you need to fix up your routine regimen in a scientific way and follow it by heart and soul.

Say no to medicine

Stay away from drugs and unnecessary pills to burn your calories. In some way or the other they leave some ill effects on your health. When things are really beyond control and you cannot do without medical support then there's no alternative.

The best device is to start the regimen at an early age when things can be brought into control without much hassles. The body flexibility and stability of your hormone sand internal organs largely matter to shape your health and weight. At the younger age you can modulate these factors with ease. With aging the probabilities are lessened.

Chart your lifestyle

* The day must begin with a walking session followed by a good quality and nutritious breakfast. This is the first meal of the day and hence must be full of nutrients and the basic source of calories for the whole day. Don't try to trim your breakfast. You can change your food habit from grains and pasta to fruits with rich carbohydrates. This will help you in keeping away from extra fat accumulation in the cells because the starch quantity in fruits is lower to that of the grains.

* Balanced diet with low fat should be taken at least for four times a day. Instead of having two big meals break your diet into another two halves. This keeps a balance between the calorie intake and the calorie given up.

* Give a careful tone to your muscles. The fair sex should not find it awful and muscular growth never means you are becoming bulky and huge. On the other hand the more shape your muscles acquire the better is the arte of metabolism within your body.

* Introduce a high fiber diet. Shift your food habit from animal proteins like beef and meat to soy proteins. Interestingly soybeans are the highest source of proteins yet it is suggested to have them in large quantity. The reason is simple because soybeans are fat-free but animal protein is not so including eggs.

* Have fats but in the unsaturated form. You can obtain it from Omega 3-6-9 fats. Olive oil and fish oils are the rich sources and can be great energizer if included in your regular diet.
