Instead of going by one to one equation you must relate visualization with the way of living. Can you smell some integrity between the two? Your very outlook can be identified to which structure of society you belong to.

Visualization is a conscious effort of your subconscious mind. You might often yearn to pick up the style of a matinee idol and desire for his or her figure and features. Slowly and very dedicatedly you put effort to reach this dream target.
What are the things you follow in your turn? You fix up a diet and an exercising session as your favorite hero does... is it? How feasible can that be? Here is an interesting point to figure out, it is definitely not mimicking some other's lifestyle but adapting the good points that is always welcomed.
