If a seller believes in their product, they will offer you a satisfaction guarantee. If there is no guarantee, be wary of doing business with that seller.

Another measure of your sellers reputation is his track record. First of all, does he have one? Are there other web businesses he is involved with. Does he sell anything else. Has he been in business for a while. All of these things are important to know. The more you know about your seller, the better prepared you are to make the best buying decision.
