the number of calls. Being in a situation where you have to tell people the same thing many times can become overwhelming, so it's worthwile lessening your workload by implementing these small changes.
Offering credit card processing on your website is also very important, if you want to cut down on phone calls or trips to the bank to deposit your checks. There are many good merchants account out there these days and for a small monthly fee, you will buy peace and more time.
If you sell digital goods, such as ebooks, then it's even easier as there are many digital download providers who direct your customer to the necessary download link once they've paid for your product. The obvious one is Clickbank. Payloadz also offer a similar service.
In short, automating repetitive tasks in your home internet business can help you focus on promoting your business and enables you to have more time to yourself and family.
