How To Achieve Your Goals With EASE
By:Andrew McCombe
Spring is traditionally the season of creation. In nature Spring is the season of new life, growth and development. Spring is a time of change and brings with it the possibility of creating new opportunities for ourselves. It is also an excellent time to reflect on where our lives are heading as well as a perfect time for us to devise new strategies to achieve our goals and dreams, whatever they may be.
I would like to share with you a very successful technique that I use to achieve all of my goals. It will also raise your awareness as to where you are at in your life at the moment and see if there are any new possibilities that you can create, that ultimately will help you to achieve all of your goals with EASE this season.
Whenever I come to a period of change in my life I always ask myself the following questions. The questions help me to get full clarity on what the next steps are for me in the creation process of my goals.
What am I currently doing in my life?
This is an excellent question that helps to raise my awareness of where I have been spending the most of my time and energy in the past few months.
Why am I currently doing this?
This question looks at the underlying motivation of why I am spending my time and energy on whatever it is I am doing. It is an excellent chance to find out if I have been spending my time and energy on something that IS or IS NOT important to me.
Is what I am currently doing working for me and do I really enjoy doing this?
If the answer is yes then I know I am probably on the right track to achieving my goals. However if the answer is no then I ask myself the following question.
What would I rather be doing?
With this question I highlight all of the areas of my life that are important to me, such as my health, my sport, my career, my finances, my relationships, my contribution to others etc and design exactly what I would like to be doing with each of them. This gives me an excellent idea of what I would really like to be moving towards on a day to day basis.
Once I have answered this question for each important aspect of my life I ask the following question
Are there any reasons why I am not doing this right now?
This is quite possibly the most powerful question as it keeps me 100% honest to what I would rather be, do and have in my life and if I answer YES to it, then it instantly raises my awareness to any excuses I am making as to why I cant have what I want now, as well as any negative thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours that I may have that may be detrimental to the achievement of my goals. This question also highlights to me how committed (or non-committed) I am to achieving my goals.
Once I have answered this question and identified any thing that may be sabotaging my progress or holding me back I then conclude the process with the following question.
What new strategies can I perform to ensure I move towards my ideal situation?
Such new strategies could include:
Identify where I am currently at so I can make the necessary changes
Set and follow a plan that is efficient and easy to follow
Remove unnecessary clutter and unfinished business from my life
Begin an exercise program
Eat nutritious healthy meals at least 6 days per week
Identify and go after my ideal career
Start a new hobby that I am passionate about
Visit my friends at least 2 times per week.
Spend at least 6 hours of quality time per week with my family etc, etc.
Once I have identified these new strategies I write them down and put them in a prominent place, such as on my wall and then I aim to take one positive action each day for each of the strategies until they have become a daily habit. To support me in this process I will always enlist the help of a close friend or even an expert in the area of each strategy and to maximise my motivation I will always give myself a reward when I achieve the goals.
Do you feel overwhelmed by your job, your family, your relationships or any other aspect of your life? Are your fears or bad habits getting in the way of positive change. Have you ever felt you were capable of so much more but dont know where to start?
Why dont you perform the very powerful technique above and have a really good think about the answers to the questions.

- 5). Personal Development & Success - "Creating the Motivation You Need" By : Jeffrey Miller
One of the most common beliefs that can prevent someone from achieving the success being sought is that "action only happens through motivation" - that, one must wait around for the so-called "feeling to move me" before anything will be accomplished. But, once we understand how we operate, once we discover the secret...

- 6). Blast Through Barriers to your Goals By : Kimberly Dawn Wells
One of the reasons we do not face our goals is because when we are faced with an unexpected barrier that we're unsure how to deal with, we shut down. We become discouraged, we start making excuses, and we allow ourselves to back off of our original plan. While this is a human and natural tendency, it's not conducive to success.
An important step that you can take to avoid this barrier blunder is that of carefully planning your goal to include backup plans for all those little "what ifs.

- 9). Focus On Your Goals Without Envying Others By : John Watson
Many of us waste too much time envying others instead of getting on with our own goals and dreams. This is stupid to put it mildly.
For a start, we would probably not envy others if we knew what their lives were really like.
Many young men envied and still envy Evis Presley but who wants to die sad, disillusioned and divorced at the age of 42?
Billy Connolly, the great Scottish comedian who now lives in California, tells an amusing story about misguided envy:
In World War I two men were squatting side by side over the only toilet available.

AutoResponder: how-do-i-manifest@i3i.info
If you are asking the question how do I manifest, then read this. Learning to manifest your desires is similar to learning

So how is swimming similar to manifesting?
Both manifesting and swimming requires total trust, i.e. letting go. In the case of manifesting, you need to let go
of your need to control the outcome and trust that you shall receive that which you seek.
