Fun Wicker Picnic Basket

For those of us who like to enjoy some of our time in the outdoors, and prefer to make a little effort in order to enjoy a nice lunch or even dinner outside, in the nice relaxing environment of nature and tranquility, a picnic is one thing that will bring a lot of pleasure.
A picnic reminds us of a romantic era, when people went out to enjoy a lunch and a nap in nature, in some cases it was even a little more than that as some of the older people can probably tell you. Today most people prefer to have a picnic on a weekend and combine the meal with a hike or a tour of the environment, this is a family activity although sometimes you will find couples that are very passionate about this kind of activity.
If you go out to enjoy nature frequently you know how messy it is to load all you food and lunch accessories into plastic bags and other kind of bags, praying all the way to the spot that nothing is broken or spilt on the other things. It is also not very comfortable to set the dining table when all your things are all over the car. Although the wicker picnic basket does not solve the overall problem of setting up to eat a lunch in nature, it does make thing a whole lot nicer and much more organized.
Have you ever seen a wicker picnic basket? If you have you must know how nice it looks and how very practical it is, it got slots for all your picnic needs, everything can be secured in place and you will never worry about the glasses getting broken or the nice plates getting cracked from the bumps on the road.
The simple wicker baskets will have one compartment to hold things, it can be used for light lunch, sandwiches and other small things, other, more advanced wick picnic baskets will allow you to place much more into the picnic basket and plan a long lunch or dinner in nature.
As you examine the different wicker picnic baskets you will find many that can serve a couple up to a family, some have specific use like a wine and cheese basket that has a place to hold the wine bottle and the different chesses plus a place for plates and glasses. The fancy wicker picnic baskets will have place to hold almost everything you want or need, a blanket or books and hidden slots to place a camera in or anything relatively small you want to take with you.
For the romantics among us there is no importance for the size or the practicality of the basket, as long as it is a wicket basket, just like you saw in those old movies, what can be better than taking someone for a magical date in nature with a wicker picnic full of good things that you can eat while enjoying each other.
