Is the training program accredited and are Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provided? A CEU usually represents ten contact hours of participation in an organized continuing education experience, under responsible and qualified instructors.
Reputed providers will list technical requirements for using their learning system and will have a technical support team in case you need any help. See if the provider is listed with the Better Business Bureau and if any complaints are listed against them.
