1). The mind is constantly agitated
The mind is constantly being bombarded with many stumuli that comes from external and interal sources. Internally, th body my be feeling hungry or needing some nutrients and signals this need to the brain which in turn agitates the mind into some action to attempt to alleviate or to remove the irritation. If one is hungry or thirsty then one just looks for food or something to drink.
2). Struggle for Freedom
Being in college in 1969 meant being in the midst of history as the most charismatic president in Philippine history cemented his hold on the imaginiation of the Filipino people. Ferdinand E. Marcos was idolized and considered a hero by the generation who survived the Second World War. He was a be-medalled hero of the war against the Japanese Imperialist ambitions and his exploits as a young lieutenant gained for him various medals.
3). Websittes, search engines and all that jazz
The business of putting up a website on the World Wide Web is not really for the faint-hearted. It is very easy to think that there is nothing to it. A naive newbie will always say, there are about 70 million websites in the Internet, surely I can make one just like the ugliest one there is. This, of course comes from a starry-eyed, optimistic, abject beginner who has high hopes of becoming a webmaster.
4). Life is a scam
What can you do? Most of life is really one form of scam or another. The biggest scams are being uncovered as scientists peel away the layers of reality to reveal that nothing is really as firm as we believe them to be. A piece of wood may look solid enough so that if one were to be hit in the head with it, some form of damage would be inflicted on skin of the head if not fracturing the skull itself.
