1). Everyday 9000 Americans Become Unexpected and Unprepared Caregivers
Most all of us are or will be caregivers sometime during our lives. If you assist an injured friend buying medicine, deliver food to an elder from your church, or visit mature family members – you are a caregiver.
Care giving will become a common household term in future years. Currently 6000 Americans celebrate their 65th birthday, 3800 will become 85, and 10,000 turn 50 years old - daily.
2). How to Prepare for our Nation's Large Elderly Population Shift
Everyday 10,000 Americans celebrate their 50th Birthday. By the year 2030 over 70 million Americans will be senior citizens. As this wave of seniors marches forward we need to prepare for this transition. By planning ahead we can ensure that we are capable of offering quality care to our thoroughbred Americans.
Don't expect our government to be prepared for this.
3). Is Our Government To Blame For High Gas Prices?
Front and center in every form of media is the rising cost of oil and gas. It affects the lifestyles of every American and the costs of all goods and services we use. Many of us are shaking our fists and looking for somebody to blame. Before we start pointing the finger elsewhere maybe we should point it at ourselves.
To our Governments credit, they realized the problem and have done something about it.
4). The Only Way to Hire A Contractor- Never Get Three Free Estimates
Basically most people including contractors are fair and honest. They want to perform a service for you and get paid so they can provide for their family just as you need to provide for yours. Why everybody assumes and implies that contractors in general are swindlers simply isn’t fair or correct.
You may hear on the news that a homeowner lost a substantial amount of money from a corrupt contractor.
