1). How To Protect Your Computer From Viruses And Spyware
I have been around computers for years. I even teach on Introduction to Computers class at a four-year university. Despite my knowledge of computers, I was not immune to the problems that viruses^ and spyware can do to a computer. My computer was attacked and it was so bad I ended up replacing my hard drive. Does that sound scary to you? If so, I apologize.

2). Making Cake Or Cobbler In Your Microwave
Just because it is summer doesn’t mean you don’t want to be able to make nice desserts for your family. The problem is: who wants to turn on their oven to bake a cake or make a cherry cobbler? Here are some recipes I have made often in my microwave. I tested them on my family and they were very satisfied.

Blueberry or Cherry Cobbler

Ingredients

2 (21 oz) can blueberry or cherry pie filling
1 tsp.

3). Breast Cancer: Steps To Aid In Early Detection
I learned some interesting facts about breast cancer that I feel every woman should know. The sources I used for this article included the American Cancer Society, The National Cancer Institute, and the Avon Foundation’s Breast Cancer Crusade.

Early breast cancer isn’t usually detected by pain. In fact, when breast cancer first develops, there may be no symptoms at all.

4). How To Cook Potatoes In The Microwave
Here is a quick lesson on how you can cook potatoes in the microwave. This is great for the busy mom who needs to get dinner ready quick. It is also great for those hot summer months when you don't want to turn on your oven or stove.

I use Tupperware's Rock N Serve medium or large deep container depending on how many potatoes I am using. Try to find a microwave safe container that is deep if you don't have the Rock N Serve containers.

5). 6 Ice Popsicle Recipes
These six easy recipes will make your children happy and are easy to make. Give them a try.

I mention Ice Tups in these recipes. These are Tupperware's popsicle makers. If you don't have them, you can get similar ones at Walmart or other such stores. Make sure the popsicle makers are good quality. They need to be able to hold up well in the freezer.

6). 6 Fundraising Options For Any Organization
One of the challenges for any group or organization is finding new ways to raise funds. It seems that everyone sells candy bars or puts on a car wash. Below are some fundraising ideas that might be a nice change and help your group raise funds using something unique that isn't being done by every other group out there.

1. Silent Auction

Have various members of your group donate items and then hold a silent auction.

7). Ten Tips To Help Keep Your Baby Safe In Their Crib
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission more infants die every year in accidents involving cribs than with any other nursery product. In addition, thousands of infants are injured seriously enough to require hospital treatment. Below are a few crib safety tips. This safety list is by no means complete, but it is a good place to start.
Safety Tip One:

Put your baby to sleep on his or her back in a crib on a firm, flat mattress.

8). Recipe For Microwave Meatloaf
Many people hesitate to cook meat in the microwave. However, if done correctly it works fine. It is nice in the summer so you don't have to turn on your hot oven. I recommend using a silicone loaf form to make the meatloaf in the microwave. You can purchase a silicone loaf pan in specialty cooking stores. You may also find one at a Department Store such as Mervyns.

9). Two Cool Ice Cream Desserts For Those Hot Summer Days
Watermelon Shaped Ice Cream Desert

Summer is here and everyone likes the idea of ice cream. If you are throwing a dinner party or just having some friends over for dinner, you will amaze them when you bring out this ice cream dessert. It looks like a watermelon, even when you slice it. It even has the 'seeds'. It is easy to make and so impressive.

Ingredients

Lime Sherbet, softened Raspberry Sherbet, softened.

10). Cooking Meat In The Microwave During Those Hot Summer Months
Summer is here and if you are anything like me, you don't want to turn on your oven or stove unless absolutely necessary. I do most of my cooking in the microwave during the summer months. It helps keep my home cooler and cuts down on my cooling bill.

I have found that many people don't like to cook meat in the microwave. I was once one of those people.

11). Review Of Must Have Dogs
Plot: A forty-something preschool teacher looks to the personals for a change of pace and a relationship, with hilarious results.

Cast: Diane Lane, John Cusack, Elizabeth Perkins, Christopher Plummer, Dermot Mulroney, Stockard Channing, and more.

Rating: Rated PG-13 for sexual content.

My Thoughts: The movie was a very different type of love story.

12). Microwave Ravioli
Summer is here and sometimes that makes it difficult to want to slave in the kitchen. I use my microwave a great deal, but I use it even more in the summer. My family appreciates the nice meals and I appreciate not having to spend so much time in a hot kitchen. With this recipe you won't even have to turn your stove or oven on. Give it a try.

I use a Tupperware Rock N Serve large deep container for this recipe.
