1). Paul van Dyk biography
Paul Van Dyk was born in Eisenhuettenstadt in East Germany in 1971. He grew up in communist East Berlin, but had a keen interest in music from an early age and used to listen to house music on radio stations broadcasting from the other side of the Berlin Wall.
When the Wall finally came down in 1989, an underground club culture quickly evolved in Berlin and Paul started DJing around the city in clubs like Tresor.
2). Fatboy Slim biography
Norman Cook has experienced an exceptionally diverse musical career. He’s produced or played on records covering a multitude of genres, including indie pop, hip hop, house and big beat, and is also one of the most famous DJs in the world under his Fatboy Slim moniker.
Fatboy was born Quentin Cook in Bromley in 1983, and grew up in Reigate in Surrey.
3). Ferry Corsten biography
Ferry Corsten was born on 4th December 1973 in Rotterdam City in The Netherlands.
After initially releasing records for the dutch hardcore gabba scene, Ferry became interested in house and trance and began to release uplifting tracks under various monikers. One of his earliest releases was a housey track called "The Show" - a collaboration with Peter Nijborn under the name Discodroids.
4). Sasha Biography
Sasha was born Alexander Coe in Wales in September 1969.
He first became aware of the house music scene in the late 1980s during visits to the legendary Hacienda club in Manchester. He became hooked immediately – “The smoke machine, the strobe lights, everyone trance dancing, wearing bandanas and smiley T-shirts," he recalls. "It definitely had a fuck-you attitude compared to the rest of pop music.
