1). What Are Your Goals For A Vacation
I participate in numerous forums and the question of where to go on vacation comes up frequently. I often suggest Disney World and it usually goes ignored. It left me wondering what it is people are looking for in a vacation.

There is no question that people should go where they want on vacation because they work hard all year to save for it and vacations do not come very often.

2). Have We Become Cowards
Everyday I watch the news or hear about a story that just blows my mind. I can’t help but wonder that as a country we have become cowards in general. I am talking about all the murders, shootings, stabbings, rapes, and the rest of the violent crimes that take place.

3). Glad To Be Married
I am glad to be married. I have been married for almost 8 years and together with my wife for a total of 12 years. As you can see it has been a long time since I have been on a date and I couldn’t be more thankful. I found dating to be difficult back when I was doing it, now there are so many more dimensions to dating, it must be even more of a challenge.

4). Hybrids Don't Make Sense Financially
Hybrid vehicles are becoming more and more popular as the cost of gas continues to rise. The problem is, they really are not the best decision financially. Hybrids do provide a benefit to the environment in that they do not use as much gas as a conventional vehicle, but they do not save you money in most cases.

Most people that buy hybrids do so for the gas savings.

5). 14 Billion Doesn't Buy What It Used To
I am not sure how much national attention this story has gotten but there was a tragedy that took place in Boston’s Big Dig on July 10th. One of the ceiling panels that are hung in the tunnels of the biggest construction project in the world, the “Big Dig”, fell and crushed a car killing a woman inside. The panels are 20’ x 20” and reports have said they weigh anywhere from 3 to 12 tons.

7). Gas Prices Are On Fire
As I write this article the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline is just under $3.00 for a countrywide average. The price will only continue to rise as issues continue to heat up with Iran and the price of crude oil continues to climb.

I personally used to spend close to $400 per month on gas to commute back and forth to work and that was when gas was only $2.

8). The Ironies Of Working From Home
Approximately ten months ago I was sitting in a hospital room having been rushed to the hospital with chest pains. I knew I had to do something different for a living. While I was out of work on short-term disability I discovered I could make a living working from home so I began a website. My goals were to make enough money to continue my modest lifestyle and possibility afford things to help me relax, like vacations, an occasional massage, etc…

Well, I have been living off my websites since February 28th of this year.

9). Securing Your Collector Car
You worked hard to put yourself in a position to afford that dream weekend cruiser you always wanted. Most likely it was a car you loved when you were growing up and set your mind on buying one at some point in your life. Now you have it. Is it protected properly?

How many people have their dream car properly secured with an appropriate security system? Probably not many.
