1). Public Speaking, Why All The Fuss?
When asked, the majority of people in the US would claim that there greatest fear is getting up in front of a crowd and giving a speech. People 100 years ago would not say that public speaking was their worst fear, but they had more threatening things to worry about right? I’m talking about things like war, and wild animals, and rampant crime without great law enforcement.
2). Is Window Tinting Illegal?
I don’t know where I first heard that window tinting was illegal but I know that it was in grade school around 5th or 6th grade. The crazy thing is that I don’t know if it is really true still. So what I am going to do for this article is do a little google research and see if I can find any convincing evidence for or against this rumor. This will settle the debate that has been raging in my head for a good 15 years or so anyway. If that doesn’t take up enough room I will try...
3). Credit Repair, A Chance For Much Needed Redemption.
There are many actions that you can defend by saying “oh, I was just young and foolish then,” but when talking about credit this will only get you sympathy from friends. You can pay dearly for foolish financial decisions and laziness for years after you were “young and foolish,” keeping many people from realizing their full potential financially for so long that by the normal age of retirement rolls around they are forced to work 5 or 10 years longer.
4). Business School: Is It Really Necessary?
School in general has become a much more expected and in my opinioned marketed thing than it was in the past. So it is no surprise that the question of the necessity of business school come up fairly regularly. What does surprise me is that people that are business minded are so easily swayed into believing that formal training in business (the quality of which I often question) is necessary to make it in the fast pace business that comes with a globalizing market and the information age that we live in.

7). Can I Still Make Money If I Buy Real Estate Right Now?
A very common question and a very good one too, as the face of the real estate market has changed dramatically since your parents first bought their place and quite a bit in the last 5 years even. For a while it was an instant gold mine and if you weren’t able to buy real estate you were missing out on huge profits. Housing and land has appreciated in value at incredible rates which trump even the 10% per year average of the stock markets. The basic number that sticks in peop...
8). Home Business: Why Wouldn’t You?
If you are a business man or at least own or do business with a people on a regular basis, I have only one question for you. Are you working at home, and if not why the heck not? Let me tell you that I used to think, much like you probably do, that home business was for the freaks and the social derelicts among us who couldn’t take the pressures of the boiler room.
9). Shall I Work Data Entry Jobs?
People very widely as to whether or not they would want to work at home. Many have tried it and never went back, and others couldn’t stand it or couldn't be productive and went back to the "office" way of doing things. It really depends on what kind of a person you are and whether things like data entry jobs are for you.
Some people are self motivated,.
10). Is There Such A Thing As Legitimate Easy Money?
We as humans have always been fascinated with the prospect of easy money. That is why places like Las Vegas and Atlantic City are such booming metropolises making billions of dollars per year on gambling earnings. People also religiously buy lotto tickets hoping to hit the big jackpot and instantly become wealthy enough to never have to work again. Back 150 years ago it was the gold rush which had the similar lure of “striking it rich.
