1). Depression Self Help
One of the problems that affect us humans is a state of mind referred to as depression.

Exactly what is depression?

Why do we suddenly find ourselves stuck in a sea of inertia, unable to think positively, unable to hold on to positive thoughts, frozen in a zombie like state of inactivity?

Even experts disagree on the core causes of depression and the methods of treatment.

2). Do you want to achieve fulfilment, success and true hapiness?
Are you in control of your destiny?

As you are reading these words, you may be thinking about and looking for a way to improve your sense of fulfilment, success and true happiness in your life.

It seems that some people nearly always attain success in relationships, business and personal fulfilment, while others in similar circumstances may do well, but never seem to reach the higher levels.

3). How your brain works.
Your Brain - General Features

The Human Cortex

The most striking feature of the human brain is seen in the cortex. This is the folded, hemispherical structure which constitutes the bulk of the visible brain.

It is not present in reptiles.

The cortex is relatively recent. It is perhaps one hundred thousand years old and is the part of the brain most closely associated with our ability to form complex representations of the external world, to reason logically and to use language.

4). Re-programme the multi billion gigabyte PC between your ears and change your life.
You can re-programme yourself to succeed.

You have been programmed from birth to become who and what you are today!

In the main you have allowed this to happen, either consciously or unconsciously.

If you are not completely satisfied with who and what you have become ...then change, re-programme yourself!

Your programming commenced at the moment of conception when your DNA was fused to your being.

5). Mission Statement Drift/ The Corporate Cancer
Most if not all organisations these days have a published Mission Statement which should explain their reason for being. It is also true to say that most if not all organisations today suffer from ‘Mission Statement Drift’.

Why is this?

There could be any number of reasons. However organisations suffering from this malaise are almost certain to have internal problems with communication and or interpersonal relationships.

6). Live to work or work to live. Is there any difference?
How can you tell if you are one of the grey minded folks?

Here are some tell tale signs to look out for:

In the winter leave home in the dark.
In the winter get home when it's dark.
In the summer leave home before the birds start their dawn chorus.
In the summer get home when only the nightingales are singing.
You leave home before anyone else is awake.

7). Planning.
Every plan will have a certain number of critical 'must do by' horizons.

Having a vague idea of what you would like to achieve or where you would like to be 'some day' is not planning.

That is at best wishful thinking.

Aiming for the stars when you have no method of accelerating beyond the speed of light is at best wishul thinking.

Planning means taking account of and being prepared to meet difficult 'what if' situations.

8). D.I.S.C profiling in the recruitment/selection process
The fact is that the DISC method of behavioural profiling is one of the most widely used worldwide.

Why?

One reason is that it may be used effectively by middle management. You do not need to employ the services of a psychologist to interpret the results.

The system does that automatically.

True the outputs will vary dependant upon which particular DISC system you use.
