1). Jim Estill's 8 Rules Of Time By : Jim Estill
I study the use of time and how to maximize productivity and enjoyment from it. From these studies, I have come up with the following list of time rules:
1 – It is more important to have clear goals than to be efficient. It is more important to work on the right things than to work efficiently. I liken this to the person who wants to get to Sudbury so gets in their car and drives 150 Km/hour.

2). Focus On Your Goals Without Envying Others By : John Watson
Many of us waste too much time envying others instead of getting on with our own goals and dreams. This is stupid to put it mildly.
For a start, we would probably not envy others if we knew what their lives were really like.
Many young men envied and still envy Evis Presley but who wants to die sad, disillusioned and divorced at the age of 42?
Billy Connolly, the great Scottish comedian who now lives in California, tells an amusing story about misguided envy:
In World War I two men were squatting side by side over the only toilet available.

"Who's the Boss?" 10 ways to start taking control (time management, goal setting, record tracking)
At first glance, it would seem that positive thinking and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) have nothing to do with one another. But many of us with ADD develop negative thinking patterns because we become frustrated by our challenges and frequent feelings of being overwhelmed.

7). Blast Through Barriers to your Goals By : Kimberly Dawn Wells
One of the reasons we do not face our goals is because when we are faced with an unexpected barrier that we're unsure how to deal with, we shut down. We become discouraged, we start making excuses, and we allow ourselves to back off of our original plan. While this is a human and natural tendency, it's not conducive to success.
An important step that you can take to avoid this barrier blunder is that of carefully planning your goal to include backup plans for all those little "what ifs.

8). Double Or Triple Your Time! By :
Why do some say that time is much more important than wealth? Nearly all biographies and self-help books, by top leaders and speakers from the past decades, all focus on time as being the most important resource available. When we manage our use of time, through self-mastery, success is a natural product of that effort. Success becomes the harvest we reap.

Time Management is getting more and more popular day by day. People want to be more successful, proactive and wealthy. It is not new to everyone that there are common time wasters in our lives. Watching TV all evening long, spending too much time on the Internet, having a very long conversation over the phone, and, my favorite one, doing trifles instead of going bed and loosing your precious sleep – these are common time wasters that you already know of.

15). Importance Of Target By : Victor Fam
What is your target? What is your plan within 5 years? Many times when people ask us this question, we won’t be able to answer. It is not that we do not want to answer, but rather that we don’t know how to answer. The fundamental reason is that we ourself never think seriously about this question. Many will say, why do I need to have a target and a plan? Does that mean that by having a target and a plan I will be able to achieve it? Many of us don’t believe and don’t know the power of clear vision.

16). You Make Me Feel By : Jason E Johns
Do other people make you feel things?
Do they make you feel happy or sad?
I’m curious. How do they make you feel this way?
Do they say, “Hey, here’s a tin of sadness.”
Or maybe they say, “Ahh, you need a bucket of happiness. Hold on, I’ve got one here you can have.”
Can you find happiness or sadness on the supermarket shelves, pre-packaged and ready to go?
Shopaholics amongst you would argue that you could; however I would say you can’t.

19). Signal, Mirror, Over the shoulder, Go By : Victor Fam
Recently I have read an interesting article about SMOG. SMOG simply means Signal, Mirror, Over the shoulder, Go. This is the step that we should use when we wanted to change lane on the road during driving. However most of us are using the opposite practice which is MOSG. MOSG means Mirror, Over the shoulder, Signal, Go. When we wanted to change to the next lane during driving, we normally try first to make sure that there are opening for us to move into the lane, then only we turn on the signal and move in.

21). The Importance & Basics Of Goal Setting By : Angel Estrella
Goals are very important in everyone’s life and, as such, goal setting is equally important to helping us achieve our hopes and dreams. The most important aspect of goal setting is to make sure that the plan is a realistic one. For example, it’s impossible to make it a goal to win the lottery. Why? Because gambling is a game of chance and your actions have no real impact on whether or not that particular goal is achieved.

22). Tackle Big Projects with Action-Item Lists By : Gina J. Hiatt, PhD
“I know what I need to do; why do I need to write it down? You may have fallen into the trap of thinking this way. And hey, if it works for you, that’s great!
I find, however, that many people with too much to do, or with large projects looming in front of them get into a state of complete overload because they haven’t prepared themselves by keeping very simple action-item lists.

Inevitably in life we will have to face disappointment from time to time. Sometimes they may be little disappointments, and other times they may be great, big, heart wrenching disappointments. When this happens to us, we have a choice in how we react. Some of us may give up on our dreams, others may keep fighting stubbornly against the tide, and still others may choose another path to travel.

Success, whether it's about personal happiness or career achievement, usually begins with setting goals. Unfortunately, self-help goals quickly set are often left unmet. So what goal-setting strategies move goals from creation to reality?
Setting goals is fairly easy. Setting goals that actually come to pass is harder, and requires forethought. After setting a goal, one of the greatest challenges is integrating it into daily life, making sure it aligns with what you really value in life - a crucial step to seeing a goal through.
