For most of us, eating healthfully means cutting down on salt. Even if cutting down your salt intake won't reduce your waist measurement, it'll make you a healthier person, better able to follow your weight management programme.
But it's not that simple. Have you ever been confused by the nutritional labels on food? Salt or sodium, what's the different?

3). The Quality Of Hospital Food By : blueboy
In this article I write about the quality, or lack of it, in the food that is served in some of the UK hospitals. My nan has recently died in hospital which has been very upsetting for my family. She was hit by one of the famous hospital bugs and became very weak. She was in need of some decent food which would have helped to build up her strength. What she received was basically so poor and tasteless that she found it hard to eat.

4). Dawn of the Dead is a Bloody Good Time By : Damien Chambers
Dawn of the Dead (2004)
Tagline: “When there’s no more room in hell, the dead will walk the earth.”
I’d like to start this review by committing horror movie blasphemy. Ready? Here goes. George Romero’s original three Dead movies are overrated (I’m not even going to comment on the train wreck which is Land of the Dead). While entertaining, they are also low-budget flicks with average acting and pacing about as slow as the shambling zombies depicted therein.

7). How to Succeed With Your Diet By : Ken_B
Typically, when thinking of the word diet, we think temporary. Spring breaks, weddings and even weekend beach trips will get us to lose some weight. Unfortunately, these short term diets don't work. They are unhealthy and once you stop them, your weight will come back. Studies show you'll be heavier than when you started. Instead of diet, think lifestyle change.

13). Eating and dieting, finding a balance and losing weight. By : The Rich Dude
Unfortunately, the words "diet" and "cheating" go hand in hand. When you say, "I'm on a DIET", it usually means you are depriving yourself of something. Diets do not work; they are restrictive and can become exceedingly frustrating, leading you to "cheat". The more you restrict calories and the tempting treats you love, the more likely you are to binge eat. This is counterproductive in a fat loss program and will prevent you from becoming lean.
