1). Katrina - What Its Like To Be An Evacuee By : Rev. Michael Bresciani
With less than twenty four hours to go before hurricane Katrina hit land my wife and I started to pack up the car to leave St Bernard Parish Louisiana. We had to have the brakes repaired only an hour before we left. We had to depend on the kindness of a neighbor who was frantically working on the car as we loaded it with those things the officials said we should take with us.

4). Asia, Africa and Climate Modification By : Rick Solare
As often seems the case, less developed countries seem to receive the bulk of the impact when it comes to negative world developments. The third world and climate modification is no different.
Third World and Climate modification
By definition, climate modification impacts the globe as a whole. That being said, is it possible to predict specific results in certain regions of the world? While there is no definitive answer, the impact on third world countries in Asia and Africa has been the subject of much discussion.

5). Is The Second Coming Of Christ The End Of The World? By : Rev. Michael Bresciani
Wars, natural disasters, droughts, famines and all sorts of general calamities are predicted just before the second coming of Christ. All of these portents are merely a prelude to the second coming of Christ but they are not signals of the end of the world, they are only signals of the second coming. When Christ returns the world does not end, what does end is the world as we know it.

6). God's Broken Promise By : Greg Neyman
One of the common claims by young earth creationists is that if Noah's Flood were a local flood, then God has broken his promise many times. According to The Answers Book, chapter 10,
"If the Flood were local, God would have repeatedly broken His promise never to send such a Flood again. There have been huge 'local' floods in recent times: in Bangladesh, for example, where 80% of that country has been inundated, or Europe in 2002.

FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map: What Is and Where You Can Find One
Flooding is a disastrous event that can occur in a wide number of locations. Despite the fact that flooding can occur just about anywhere in the United States, there are some areas that are more prone to flooding than others. It is often hard for individuals, especially those who are new to the area, to tell if they are living in an area that is prone to flooding.

11). Chalk And Noah's Flood By : Greg Neyman
Young earth creation science advocate Andrew Snelling proposes in his article "Can Flood Geology Explain Thick Chalk Layers?" that it is possible to lay down massive layers of chalk in a short amount of time (Footnote 1). It is necessary for him to prove this can happen, because the chalk layers must be laid down during the Flood of Noah for him to prove that the earth is young, and that the days of creation were literal twenty-four hour days.

12). Noah's Flood By : Greg Neyman
The Flood of Noah is one of the centerpiece arguments for young-earth theology. Because of this, I have been asked what I believe the Flood of Noah was like.
To answer this question, let us first look at what the Flood is not…it is not the event that has been described by the young-earth theorists. There is no possible way the Flood could produce the rock record we see, nor could the flood produce all the coal layers, oil reserves, or chalk layers that we see in the rocks.

14). Am I Just a Freak of Nature? By : Ron Gregory
My parents were not much into going to church but my paternal grandparents dragged my four brothers and I into church whenever possible. I went to Sunday School and sat through countless sermons – all the while wishing I were out playing baseball or doing something fun. I had better things to do on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings then attending church services.

Hurricanes cause billions of dollars in damage each year, including damage to computers. Unfortunately, computers can be much harder to replace if lost than other electronics because of the data contained on their hard drives and time spent tweaking and overclocking them.
