Writing about Wahabism and Salafi-Islam, could fill many books. I will however in this article, try to make clear why it is of tremendous importance in our time. Both movements are considered as the origin of Islamic terrorism. A lot of recent Islamic terrorists such as Osama Bin Laden, Ayman Al-Zawahiri, and Abu Musab Al Zarqawi, have been inspired by Wahabism.

2). Shall we grab the Oil Fields. By : robert1704
After the fall of the Ottoman Empire, the Western- Nation- States artificially constructed the countries that form now what we Westerners call the Middle East. At the same time was decided that the West would leave the natural resources to the respective countries. Now, in the 21st century, one can ask oneself if this was the right decision.
First observation: the Muslim world hates us.

3). The Victory of Hamas in Palestine By : robert1704
It was the first time that the Palestinian people had the opportunity to decide who would be in power to form the Palestian Authority. Hamas won the elections, and according our own democratic principles we have to accept this fact. This doesn't mean however that the West has to feel happy with this result. Let's first have a look at the essence of some reactions before coming to a conclusion.

4). The West should step out of the United Nations By : Robert Maegh
U.N. requested a cease-fire, without making the distinction between attackers and defenders. Palestine was partitioned in an Israeli State, a Palestinian State and Jerusalem was internationalized . In the end, the aggressors were rewarded.
