2). Oh, you’re good for nothing By : Marsha Maung
I don’t believe in good for nothing.
I was walking down the aisle of a large supermarket when I heard a mother hissing to her crying child, “Good for nothing! Nothing! You better stop this now or I will leave you with the police man”. Not that I am angel when it comes to being a parent to my kids. Sometimes, I falter too and I will yell and shout and throw a massive, scary temper and my kids would cower in fright thinking that their mom was going crazy.

6). No GPS for Lindbergh By : Sean North
Although flying from New York to Paris is no big deal today, Charles Lindbergh flew his 3,600 mile, 33 1/2 hour flight in 1927 without a telegraph, radio or Global Positioning System (GPS). In his plane, The Spirit of St. Louis, Lindbergh packed a few sandwiches, a couple canteens of water, 451 gallons of gas and a few maps. Several men had attempted to fly the same distance as Lindbergh, but failed only weeks before he made his record-setting flight.

7). Patience Is Learnt Over Time By : Ken Charnly
Being a parent is most definitely one of the most important patience tests. They say patience is a virtue, it is true – but this comment makes you think patience is a quality that only a few chosen ones have. In fact, patience is learnt over time even if some parents don’t do well on this chapter at first. But, with a little effort, any parent can learn to be patient and to amuse himself over some situations that not so long ago annoyed him.

12). Developing Patience By : Steve Scoresby
Webster's defines be patient as bearing pains or trials calmly or without complaint, or being steadfast despite opposition, difficulty or adversity. I believe this why patience is called a virtue. It is little practiced, but much needed. At the first sign of difficulty, many jump to an easier, smoother path, hoping to avoid the pain and suffering that is necessary on the road to personal growth.

13). Smith Could “C” the Future By : Sean North
Frederick W. Smith attended Yale University and wrote a paper on the concept of overnight package delivery. Smith’s professor did not agree with his futuristic possibility and only gave Smith a C for the paper.
How many times have we let someone’s opinion dissuade us from doing what we want to do? How many times have we given our power away by letting one person’s opinion stop us from achieving our goals? Smith did not let his college professor stop him.

We all know that relationships can be difficult. One of the best methods we have for making every relationship less stressful and more enjoyable is to show a little patience. Patience has been defined as what we lack for the driver in front of us and demand from the driver behind us.
In truth, patience is nothing more than time.
Time before we say something: Think of a time when someone was not patient with you when you needed them to be.
